Daily Duties at U.S. Navy Recruiting Command:

As Chief of Staff, I managed and led Navy Recruiting Command's headquarters staff of 400 military, civil service, and contractor personnel. I served as 3rd in command and supervised 2 Navy Recruiting Region Commanders, their staffs, and 26 Navy Recruiting Districts. I managed an $800M annual budget and was responsible for the overall operations, performance and management of 5,000+ Navy recruiters accross the world. As Director of Operations, I was directly responsible for and led all U.S. Navy recruitment activity globally for the attainment of Obsessionally mandated recruiting goals for the active and reserve component enlisted and officer programs. Led 153 direct reports in support of all Navy recruitment activities.
