Daily Duties at Psc Biotech Corporation:
As Vice President of Human Resources, I am responsible for directing all of the people functions in accordance. I develop, plan, promulgate, and execute PSC Biotech's human resource strategy to provide the company with the best people talent available. My Essential Functions include, 1. Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating PSC's human resource function and performance. 3. Translating strategic tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans. 4. Evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the corporation. 5. Developing staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. I 6. Developing progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs 8. Developing human resource planning models 11. Developing appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources. 13. Coordinating the activities, programs and strategic HR plans of other departments throughout PSC. 17. Managing the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department.
