Rendered direct supervision to a staff of 15 including consultants, as well as the Statement Implementation Team in support of exciting card initiatives and Statement Transformation to color. Expertly handled the overall project management for card products on two platforms (IBYS and FDR). Carried out key tasks such as creative communications, automation across processes, and revenue- driven program management.
