Daily Duties at Citigroup Credit Servicess:
Supervise the implementation of statement marketing offers including Bank Cards and CitiMortgage with more than 450 products and 700, 000, 000 statements on an annual basis. Provide expert oversight to a staff of 8 and cross functional re-engineering projects to improve procedures, supervising all revenue and non- revenue driven marketing programs in the monthly statements and Card Fulfillment packages. Play a key role as subject matter expert in process enhancements and automation across multiple channels. Notable Accomplishments: - Successfully exceeded all 2015 goals as outlined in the company's roadmap by managing the Statement Implementation, Metrics / Compliance, and Infrastructure channels, in coordination with the assigned team. - Led the Statement Cross- functional Re-engineering Project launch to deliver improved program processes, which ensured adherence to upfront quality assurance while minimizing downstream quality controls, thereby obtaining the following results: - Increase in speed- to- market for runners by 60%; strangers by 32%; and accuracy by 78%, 50% save in man hours - Introduction of a simplified project management experience to initiate business requirement phase and request of relevant information to reduce clicks- to- enter program by 15%. - Establishment of framework to measure program success in the channel by leveraging test results creating real time metrics to enable program value. -- Spearheaded the development of multi- language support model as a template to be followed by all channels. - - Managed the automation of the card carrier channel into our workflow tool. - Guided the development and launching of the Statement personalized targeting platform that enabled the channel to trigger offers based on transaction, which was forecasted to yield cost avoidance of approximately $960K.
