Daily Duties at Ibm:
Led the worldwide IBM Storage Brand Services (IBM Brand Hardware, Software Consulting Services) and competitive data migration group with an emphasis on new technology introduction and competitive take-outs. Managed the WW 24 x 7 service delivery operations including solution sales, client satisfaction, SOW, SLA, RFP’s, Outsourcing and weekly client governance meetings. Created and implemented market offerings to clothe new storage technology. Drove the growth expansion model by traveling around the world and opening new services startup organizations and increasing new clients. • $23.8 million revenue growth alongside a 127% expansion in global resources garnered by establishing a common core of offerings, widening the delivering channel to incorporate external partners and broadening the business to include software and consulting. • 140% of cost recovery targets met and a 29% reduction in delivery expenses acquired by introducing remote installation and configuration offerings that allowed clients to select the level of support desired.
