Developed the global storage business unit strategy for IBM System Services and technical training. Presented weekly/monthly worldwide communication to more than 150 storage consultants and global management teams topics including, new products introduction, technical updates, acquisitions, client highlights, challenges, upcoming training and conferences and business unit stats. Established new service partner relationships and established global outsourcing linkages with ISVs, MSPs and business partners. • $35 million revenue with a 25% profit margin achieved in the first year by establishing a new brand architect consulting practices with a portfolio including Cloud, XIV, DS-8000, SoNAS, San Volume Controller, Enterprise Disk, Tape, Network Attached Storage and Tivoli based products with storage infrastructure optimization consulting. • 35% increase in revenue accomplished on a global services growth expansion plan that established the startup of six new area services delivery offices in Asia, Australia, Mexico and Egypt. • 20% increase in services at time of sale attained by redesigning the product affinity services portfolio by market.
