Ushered the $300M region through a period of triple revenue growth as the director of operations at five plants, including the flagship Toluca facility, to produce 650+ SKUs across up to six lines per plant. Managed a team of 12 direct reports and a total staff of 1100 employees. Drove the achievement of financial goals as the administrator of a $194M budget with full P&L accountability for all operational areas, including Manufacturing, Human Resources, Safety, QA, Materials Management, Finance, Maintenance, and Engineering departments. Maximized profits by leading Continuous Improvement, Inventory Service Level, Efficiency, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Quality programs
