Daily Duties at Phar Marica :
Processed prescription orders with DUR for enteral, injectable, IV admixtures and compounded liniments in pharmacy serving 68 nursing homes. Consulted physicians on drug interatcions, concomitant therapies, and to achieve formulary goals and prior authorization request with exceptional phone and clinical skills. Rotated through leadership role supervisorising different teams of technicians, in order entry, prepackaging of bulk medications for dispensing, IV admixture, labeling, packaging and preparing all orders for pharmacist final verification. Shared in on-call rotation as well as security of controlled substances, ensuring adherence to federal, state and company regulations. Preformed final verified on all prescription processed for shipping, while overseeing departure delivery departure schedule.
