Executed on every prescription drug utilization review and verification. Initiated doctor consults, refill request, and prior authorization request with patients insurance to ensure real benefit to the patient. Consistantly exceeded customers, doctors and managers expectations with direct patient care addressing concerns about side effects, concomitant drug therapies, drug interactions, dosing and storage to resolve patients and doctor issues. Caring for customers, while managing a balanced inventory, using perfect phone etiquette and clinical skills to the customers and doctors satisfation is how I've achieved many accolades.
