Directed life cycle product development from concept and market launch to enhancements, third-party integrations, promotions, and exit strategies for world leader in enterprise software. • Led team of internal and external technology experts, and collaborated with key stakeholders, developers, business owners, and senior executives, to identify opportunities and improve product technology and processes. • Directed team of 14 in cost-effective implementation and product positioning for multiple applications, including permitting, licensing, web portal, and mobile apps for global brands. • Introduced customer engagement innovations, including forum, blog, and search technologies. • Conducted market research and brainstorming for new product ideas (MRDs), translating ideas to business and functional requirements/PRDs for technology group.
