Daily Duties at Easton Sports, Inc.:
Responsible and accountable for all global sales teams. Developed Revenue and Margin Plans by Region and Global. Revenue, Margin, and Product (sku) Forecasting, and providing monthly, quarterly, and year-end guidance. Product Pricing by Region. Developed and executed all Global Sales Team tools from high impact sales presentation decks, catalogs, and web-based B2B eCommerce Platforms. Develop all retail account programs and International distributor programs. Negotiate all contracts and agreements with accounts, International Distributors. Develop and executes go-to market product launch, marketing, and merchandising programs. Lead Global Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams. Provide strategic direction on product development and strategy to optimize revenue and margin with in-depth product, market, and competitive knowledge. Lead, hire, direct, structure global sales/service organization for "best in class" sales teams and service teams. Develop, hire, and train sales team multi-structure of direct employees, independent reps, and International Distributors with global account base consisting of Specialty, Chain, Sporting Goods, & eCommerce retailers and Teams.
