Led and manage a National Account Team consisting of 25 sales/service team members with 8 direct reports. Develop strategic retail account programs with each account that would increase revenue, margin, and product assortments in each account with portfolio of 9,000+ sku's. Negotiate marketing development fund programs and pricing with each account. Accounts under management included: Dick's SG, Sports Authority, Modell's SG, Academy, Hibbett's, MC Sports, Dunham's SG, Big5 SG, Sport Chalet, Target, Walmart, Meijers, Sears/Kmart, Toys R US.
