Re-energize organization by establishing new culture emphasizing "best in class" product innovation and collaborative team enviroment to create upward momentum in profitable revenue growth, product margin growth, brand and EBITDA growth (in decline since 2008YE) Led and managed Global Sales Team in 3 facilities - LA, CA (HQ), Canada, and Sweden. 70% Travel.
