Daily Duties at Titan Sen Quest Management :
Oversee development and execution of strategic vision, operating platform, financial partners, cost structures, and acquisitions for Titan ($135 million real estate portfolio of senior housing- Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities). Direct all day-to-day operations, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations functions. Create strategies to optimize revenue/profit results. Recruit, staff, train and mentor team members. Create and implement annual business plan, track expenses and capital, and partner with Investments on trend/acquisition evaluation. Identify acquisition opportunities to fit company criteria. Hold full purchasing and negotiation authority for communities, with an average of 40 employees per community. Perform routine inspections of services provided to communities to ensure that they meet highest quality standards. Maintain up-to-date awareness of state regulations and ensure full compliance within all communities. Communicate and enforce policies/procedures.
