Coordinated and managed information technology and business projects to support ongoing system operations or new initiatives.♣ Managed large enterprise projects and programs with budgets ranging from $100K to over $2M with comprised of onshore, offshore, and vendor partners. ♣ Managed an ERP upgrade implementation. The Go live took over 4 days and involved 100 team members, who were comprised of IT functional teams, vendors, and various business units.
