Daily Duties at Holiday Retirement :
Oversaw all sales and marketing activities for 13-community region with 1,600+ units in a 3-state region (IN, KY, TN). Hired, trained, and managed team of 15 sales leaders; coached and managed team of 50+ sales leaders and community managers monthly; and guided community managers on operations activities. Developed sales strategies for each community.
