Daily Duties at Bp Exploration:
Supervised a maintenance team of 20 people to meet operational targets for equipment reliability and costs for a production facility that included supporting wellpads during a production enhancement project. Developed and implemented equipment maintenance strategies from the expansion project that included three new well pads, piping infrastructure, and production separation facilities. Increased production output from 14,000 to 32,000 barrels of oil per day through strategic coordination of planning and scheduling of vendor and core personnel. Ensured compliance with federal and state regulatory agency pipeline requirements like ADEC and DOT with preventative maintenance program.
