Coordinated planning for the maintenance organization comprised of 150 personnel with a focus on meeting operational targets for equipment reliability and costs in a growing business. Ensure sustainability of a standardized planning and work management process. Develop and mentor 15 directs within the planning team for consistency. Developed and implemented a contract vendor strategy model with performance matrices. Facilitated and implemented a long range planning model for Sangachal Terminal to increase budget and cost awareness. Mentor other regional sites in adopting the model.
