Principal architect of Ness's digital economy strategy. Initiatives include author of the internal digital economy manifesto, executive sponsor for the development of the Connected methodology, creation of 8 professional services package offerings, executive producer of the Hotel of the Future video, and complete re-positioning of the company. Responsible for all global marketing activities. Primary functions include traditional marketing services (demand generation, corporate communications, branding messaging, content creation, analyst relations, research, proposal generation), sales enablement and support, and creative services (customer journey map, UX design, omnichannel).
