Daily Duties at State Farm/Clarity Consulting:

Managed external instructional designer team and consulted on the Instructional Design processes and procedures and created programs that achieved the new Customer Driven Enterprise architecture. Oversaw and project managed 16 developers, 3 team leads and 180 development projects with more than 1,650 training deliverables. Responsible for developing and managing project schedules, establishing and exceeding Service Level Agreements, and authoring training agreement/contracts with minimal changes: on time and under budget.
