Daily Duties at Expert Global Solutions:

• Manages multi-center training programs and staff in nine remote locations, evaluates /delegates work assignments based on needs and scope of work • Supports center management teams with new programs throughout program design, development, delivery, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance • Coordinates with training team to develop new programs, new hire classes for existing programs, and/or changes to programs and makes recommendations to training agenda or curriculum as necessary • Consults with operations, recruiting, and quality to determine training needs, procedural updates, trainee performance, and attend calibration and monitoring sessions to ensure program compliance and balance • Manages staffing needs and ensure ratios are maintained to provide appropriate operational support • Supervises subordinate staff, including Interviewing, hiring, discipline, performance review, mentoring, and development • Project management of all training initiatives and strategic goals. • Liaison and participates in on-site client review meetings including the development of training programs or interventions • Manage needs assessment and curriculum development to meet key performance indicators • Mentoring and coaching training and operations team • Development and delivery of leadership curriculum for management topics that included financial management, leadership, strategy, basic and corrective coaching in a blended learning environment: of e-learning, virtual classroom and facilitated workshops.
