Directed an area scheduling team of eight accountable for turnaround events, modifications, and major maintenance for 9 production facilities. Supported operations leadership with identifying course of action to meet business objectives. Ensured all performance goals were met in business risk reductions, safety compliance, and production output. Facilitated business plan discussions through effective negotiating, financial analysis and operational efficiency KPI's.
