Grow $200MM revenue and $68MM EBIT business segment Set strategy and manage purchasing of $70MM inventory annual spend to $28MM working capital level Develop programming strategies to grow business and meet customer service needs for repair parts Lead customer relationships with National Accounts ( Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, Best Buy), Independent Distributors and Dealers Lead new Product development, packaging, pricing and promotions. Set pricing to all Channels Lead Sales Team, recruit, train, and retain. Manage all HR activities of KPIs, process and promotion. Lead inventory team to manage purchasing to deliver customer service and working capital levels
