Lead Purchasing Team to deliver 8 inventory turns on approximately $300MM annual spend. Lead distribution processes and personnel within 9 remote warehouses to fulfill orders on time ,safely, efficiently and accurately. Ensure each distribution facility was compliant with all agency guidelines (OSHA, HAZMAT, FAA) Lead vendor selection, rationalization and relationships Determine product assortment, merchandising and inventory levels Manage communication with FEDEX. UPS, and LTL vendors Lead 2 of the 55 retail operations Initiate and direct quality, cost, and delivery projects to improve profitability of purchasing and warehouse operations
