Developed and grew IT offering into the healthcare vertical through industry specific thought leadership. Sold IT consulting services to C-Level executives to include Application Outsourcing (AO), Testing, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Program Management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Executed plan and delivered against new vertical quotas. Worked very closely with IT Delivery Team to ensure rapid and accurate project deployment. Acted as company SME related to healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). Including claims management, enrollment, eligibility, claims adjudication, remittance advice, claim status. Responsible for development of healthcare vertical “go to market” strategy and business development road-map for IT consulting services. Led all opportunities through to contract close; developed a capture plan and winning solution, and was responsible for teaming and negotiations, project management, business model and pricing, delivery and cost management, and complex proposal development. Developed customer relationships within targeted accounts, develops in-depth knowledge of assigned market area, and participates in review of all key IT opportunities
