• Responsible for global marketing operations including digital and mobile application development, creative design, consumer experience marketing, editorial, digital marketing, business to business marketing, and retail marketing. • Key influencer and contributor of the senior management team. • Leads, drives, and successfully completed, large-scale projects, involving the coordination and project management of initiatives between departments and across multiple organizations. • Successfully launched The Wellness App, an innovative and award winning mobile application that unites the entire spa and wellness industry through a common payment platform and loyalty program. • In partnership with the COO and CIO, developed and maintained the company roadmap and future development efforts. • Develops and executes marketing strategy for organization across multiple channels. • Responsible for brand perception, development and maintenance. • Collaborates and strategizes with other key stakeholders across the business (gift card sales, network sales team, technology, customer service and more) to create a comprehensive marketing and business plans to help build the business. • Built, leads and manages a team of 12 marketing professionals across multiple marketing disciplines. • Facilitates the execution of high profile and highly complex company-wide projects. • Orchestrates and drives the execution of major marketing campaigns. • Created and developed processes and procedures for the management and processing of marketing requests across the organization. • Nurtures and develops marketing team and individuals to create a high performance, collaborative and aligned department.
