Led military and civilian personnel in the execution of human resource (HR) functions involving force integration and force management processes. Applied subject matter expertise across multiple disciplines, from cyber operations to the Army's foreign language program. Delivered expert advice and counsel to military leadership regarding design and redesign of Intelligence personnel structures in the face of changing priorities and protracted wars on multiple fronts.
