Daily Duties at Affordable Homecare :
•Responsible for starting and growing Home Care agency from the ground up resulting in significant ongoing revenues and profits. Major clients and experienced healthcare staff in place while maintaining A+ rating with Better Business Bureau. •Enhanced the public image and recognition of the agencies name within the business community through new business development, community outreach and aggressive networking and ongoing presentations to referral resources. •Continually recruited and hired Registered Nurses,Certified Nurse Assistants, Home Health Aides, for current client base and fully retained staff with high retention rate. •Generated ongoing client referrals from outside referral sources such as, Hospital discharge planners, case managers, hospice centers, physician offices, nursing homes, assisted and independent living facilities, rehabilitation centers, churches, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s organizations, senior agencies, state & local government, etc.
