•Directed marketing strategies, business development plans, promotional activities, creating and maintaining revenue of 48-60 million annually for diversified industries. •Collaborated with President and devised and implemented fresh management strategies, team building sessions and time management workshops, and facilitated roundtable discussions with team leaders. Realized significantly improved moral over both the short term and long term as a result of these strategic interventions. •Increased sales revenues each year while forming profitable multi-channel distribution networks and a well –earned reputation for delivering value –added service.
