As the Marketing Leader I: • Developed the initial sales & marketing/business plan for the new product launch, including but not limited to market and competitive analysis, partner relationships, go-to-market strategy, outbound communications, sales tool development, and field support programs • Established usability testing guidelines and created wireframes for the public access website • Helped to acquire funding for Davack through a venture capital company
