Managed 3-5 Business Sales Managers (BSM), 18-30 Business Account Executives (BAE) indirectly and 3-7 Business Sales Associates (BSA) selling to small and medium businesses in IL, WI, IN and IA. With primary objectives of net voice / data unit growth and net revenue growth. Optimized and continued to expand team in WI and UP.
