Daily Duties at Micron Technology Inc:
Identify area training needs and participants Solicit customer feedback to identify area training needs and requirements. Conduct needs and gaps analysis by engaging stakeholders/customers for area training improvements using appropriate methodologies Analyze training opportunities against available resources and complete proposals/justifications for specific training events Coordinate training content development and deployment with Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) Facilitate and conduct training Develop evaluation instruments, such as questionnaires, assessments, and surveys, in order to continuously improve training. Utilize project management techniques to ensure training projects are correctly prioritized, sufficiently aggressive, and remain on time. Schedule classes for training Drive training alignment, communication, and documentation of best known methods (BKMs) across the Fab. Define and develop reporting and metrics to track training. Define and develop reporting and metrics to track training. Utilize key metrics to analyze and communicate performance on training and onboarding activities to appropriate customers.
