Daily Duties at Tenet Federal Credit Union:
Recruited by the board of directors and regulators to reverse a three year trend of operating losses and weak capitalization and restore financial viability. Led a team to accomplish this within first 90 days of engagement. Implemented a new strategic plan with a Fortune 100 company sponsor providing six figure annual subsidies for expansion of services and member benefits. Over four years, average savings balances per member increased 35% and average loan balance per member increased 43%. Integrated operations of a sister Tennessee credit union through a merger thus expanding delivery channel and presence in a key market. A rebranding of the credit union gave us top of mind awareness as a provider of choice to sponsor’s employees nationally. Achieved record earnings and capitalization during four year tenure.
