Daily Duties at First Team Real Estate:

Licensed independent contactor by the California Bureau of Real Estate representing buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties in southern California. Acted as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, property taxes, title, legal requirements and related matters. Prepared documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases in accordance with state and local real estate laws and BRE regulations. Conferred with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements were met before closing dates.
