Primary responsibilities included generating revenue to meet or exceed budget expectations for the La Quinta Inn Mission Valleyl. The sales office consists of one sales manager selling multiple markets such as Corporate, SMERF, Tour and Travel, intermediaries, etc. Other primary responsibilities included achieving quarterly revenue goals and increasing the occupancy percentage as high as possible especially during slower times of the year Proactively selling the hotel through face to face appointments with customers, tele-prospecting, Forging/strengthening relationships within the community that for the goal of increased revenue.
