Daily Duties at Substitutes Any Time:
Recruited to spearhead business expansion and launch Arizona division. Responsible for success of division, including development of strategic business, marketing, and sales plans and budgets; collaborating with HR Director to manage transfers and promotions, employee relations, retention, moral, grievances, payroll issues, and reorganization; handling all managerial duties, including recruiting, hiring, training and managing Arizona staff comprised of 6 employees.
