Daily Duties at Food Services Of America:

Responsible for developing and supporting business technology solutions and strategies for the Seattle branches which consists of the Kent and Everett facilities and 3 SE Alaska business offices. Developed and managed cost center budgets and schedule according to fiscal year plans. Interface with a variety of vendors that provide products and services to the organization to ensure aggressive pricing, high quality maintenance support and products that are at desired maintenance levels RFP/RFQ). This also includes hardware purchasing and support; LAN/WAN strategic planning and implementation; application planning and support; and enforcement and authoring of desktop computing policies and procedures. Supervisory duties include managing technical support staff which troubleshoots various systems including network, file servers, Exchange Servers, VPN Services, ERP and AS/400 systems. Develop and manage a Support Training team and help desk which interfaces with large sales force and business customers using companies business technology.
