Daily Duties at Wolverine Worldwide / Stride Rite Children’s Group,:

• Met with Wolverine Worldwide lifestyle brand design directors bi-weekly, aligning kids’ collection to adults’ seasonal stories. Established draft off kid appropriate key programs for both Men’s and Women’s lines and added dynamic kid only styles and silhouettes for brands each season to properly grow kids’ assortment. • Designed and oversaw design process of all children’s brands in the Wolverine Worldwide portfolio. Managed 2 – 4 direct report designers. Balanced workload, established cad reviews, ensured all team members tracked toward product creation calendar deadlines, and met seasonal briefs.Established design direction for seven brands developed under Stride Rite Children’s division between 2010 and 2016. -Oversaw up to 5 brands including Sperry, Keds, Saucony, and Jessica Simpson / Ryley sky, and Merrell. Cumulative business of $135+ M from 2010 – 2014. In 2015 – 2016, transferred and refocused efforts for 3 lifestyle brands Sperry, Keds, and Hush Puppies totaling approximately $75M.
