Daily Duties at Rgs Associates:
•Performed employee indoctrination's, fingerprinting, debriefings, personnel security documentation, adjudication and processed initial security investigations and periodic re-investigations. Performed interpretation, implementation, enforcement and execution of corporate security policies and procedures in compliance with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regulations and guidelines and NISPOM. •Conducted company security inspections and audits and Defense Security Service (DSS) Audits. Created and presented Employee Security Refresher Training Briefings and processed employee security clearances, e-QIP applications, Visit Authorization Letters, and Visit Requests. •Safeguarded Confidential to Top Secret documents and validated classified contract DD254 forms for accuracy and compliance with National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). •Provided Physical Security, Personnel Security, Visitor Access Control, expertise, guidance and advice to staff concerning all security administrative functions in a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor and government environment. •Created and facilitated weekly management meetings discussing corporate initiatives and provided administrative support to the President, Vice President and Director of Human Resources. •Developed and administered Human Resources and Security Procedures and Guidelines documentation. Acted as company liaison to building management for completing maintenance requests and to help align workforce with corporate goals and objectives. •Developed and maintained the HR Expense Budget. Created, received, processed and maintained financial documents, invoices, purchase orders and reports for major corporate vendors. •Created and scheduled corporate conference room calendars daily for multi-project management meetings. Maintained and coordinated logistics for office supplies, package shipping and mail distribution. •Updated employee phone lists, organizational charts and recall musters in the corporate document management system.
