Daily Duties at Tjx Companies, Inc.:

Served as, subject matter expert in procurement policies, procedures, and strategic planning for all divisions of TJX Companies, Inc. (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, AJ Wright, HomeGoods, Bob’s Stores, Winners, HomeSense, and TK Maxx). Accountable for developing and implementing strategies to ensure spend visibility and bottom line savings through the utilization of our eSourcing partner’s tool (Ariba, Inc.). Plus, directly manage the Merchandise Bag, Inventory Management, and Distribution/Store Ticketing (Hardware, software & consumables) programs (2005-2007) then led sourcing activity for non Procurement controlled spend for the Logistics (FT, LTL & Ocean), Waste Management, Armored Car/Cash In Transit/Processing Services, Temporary Labor, Hardware, Software, Telecom programs. Tested multiple eSourcing tools then administered eSourcing program at TJX since 2002. Managed team for all esourcing activities.
