Daily Duties at Preferred System Solutions:

•Perform employee indoctrination's, debriefings, complete personnel security documentation, initiate and process initial clearance investigations and periodic re-investigations. Perform interpretation, implementation, enforcement and execution of corporate security policies and procedures in compliance with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Defense Security Service (DSS) regulations and guidelines. •Create and present Annual Security Refresher Training Briefings. Process personnel security clearances, e-QIP applications, Visit Authorization Letters, Visit Requests and LOA’s in support of company clients FBI, DOD, DIA, NGA, USCG, DHS, PWC and TASC. •Validate and issue government contract DD254 forms for accuracy and compliance with NISPOM. •Provide Physical Security, Personnel Security, Visitor Access Control, expertise, guidance and advice to staff concerning all security administrative functions in a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor and government environment to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). •Manage office staff and provide administrative support to the CEO, President, VP’s and Managers. •Act as company liaison to building management for completing maintenance requests. Maintain and coordinate logistics for office supplies and mail distribution. •Manage day to day operations for 3 company facilities.
