Daily Duties at Yp Marketing Solutions:

Work with the Regional Sales Management team to develop specific sales strategies to grow market share in individual geographic markets. Establish and implement specific performance metrics for the RSM and Sales Reps, and create an environment of achievement/accountability. Participate in or lead the development of compensation strategies that drive and reward sales growth and gross margin improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with high level employees at key customers. Ensure all RSM's and Sales Reps have individual Development Plans which contain specific improvement goals that will increase the net skill set of the team. Develop and manage the divisional expense budget, and ensure those targets are achieved. Ensure that all Sales Reps and Managers receive proper sales, system and product training.
