Oversaw and planned orders for product line with over 1 million possible option combinations unable to be programmed in current mainframe. Provided support to 3 other regional plants as well as Lithia Springs site. Loaded massive amounts of planning data into new mainframe, working toward goal of automating all orders. Reviewed orders and ensured correctly allocated materials, using knowledge gained from prior role designing company’s web-based order entry portal. Flagged compatibility and calculations issues, submitted bug reports to developers in engineering department, and collaborated on improving options.
