Daily Duties at Ducati North America:
Responsible for Ducati’s apparel business in North America, Canada and Mexico. Analyze apparel sales and marketing trends; perform research and analysis of local markets; identify sales opportunities, generate sales forecasts and develop promotional programs. • Provide product training and merchandising support to Ducati Regional Business Managers and Ducati Dealer Network (US, Canada and Mexico) to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability. • Responsible for all aspects of wholesale sales of Ducati apparel for the Ducati North American market. • Manage Ducati North America and Ducati Canada e-commerce business channels and strategy. • Manage administration staff for parts, accessories, and apparel sales, returns and inventory management • Responsible for Ducati North America’s Minimum Advertised Pricing policy and enforcement • Oversee Ducati North America’s Intellectual Property Rights enforcement for apparel and accessories business unit.
