Direct financial activities in order to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Implement and execute strategy to transition company from a Manufacturer into a Distribution model. Establish technical data and market information with vendors to produce new innovations to bring to the marketplace. Plan and implement business objectives while ensuring customer needs are being met. Oversee regional sales representatives. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Preside over Board of Directors.
