Daily Duties at Sed International :
• Manages the business office within the established budget, and find ways to reduce operating costs. • Oversees daily office operations and delegates authority to assigned supervisors. • Coordinating the sales order management and supply chain incorporating 16 senior level employees including the SMB and Retail business unit Directors, Marketing Directors, Procurement Managers, Logistical teams and support staff • Facilitating the end to end order management process across multiple channels and verticals such as retail, DMR, ecommerce, rent to own, healthcare, government and education • Working in close collaboration with the account management teams and marketing team to initiate incentive programs in order to drive performance and productivity • Managing sales professionals and the order processing teams relating to ecommerce, DMR and retail • establishing sales and order matrix strategies and coordinating multiple teams to guarantee all customer orders • Devising and implementing suitable policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, profitability, accuracy and prompt resolution of issues as and when they arise • Monitoring the production of reports on a monthly and quarterly basis relating to revenue and gross profit as well as checking reports for penalties and chargeback’s for noncompliance of matrixes • Responsible for the completion of regular performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans where required • Accountable for the recruitment and selection of suitably qualified and experienced staff. • Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes and maintain best practice • Facilitating the operations of events coordinating staff and contractors, design, staff allocation and the development of the event
