Daily Duties at Wells' Dairy:
Managed all aspects of the strategic planning, internal communications, leadership development, continuous process improvement integration, succession planning and employee engagement efforts. Closely partnered with executive leadership in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Manufacturing to align the people strategy across the organization.
