Daily Duties at Con Agra Foods:
Charged with managing the change, education, communication and testing function for a large-scale business transformation. Managed a team of up to 30 associates and contingent workers. Built strategy and executed during the program lifecycle to include leadership alignment, change impact assessment, education needs assessment, educational content and delivery, communication plans and collateral materials and job role creation and mapping for the new organization. Collaborated with the corporate OD and Talent Management functions to design and staff new job roles aligned with corporate strategy. Build a repeatable change model to be leveraged across the enterprise.
