Daily Duties at Cargill:
Built and implemented the Education strategy to transform Cargill business processes and streamline to enable growth of global shared service centers and reduce technology costs. Strategy included the needs assessment, design, build, power user capability development and employee training. Integrated the education components into the overall Change and Communications plans leveraging a multi-media approach. Project spanned the globe and training materials were presented in multiple languages to ensure understanding. Education spanned from senior leaders to shop floor employees to ensure alignment and understanding of the final solution.
