Daily Duties at Thomson Reuters:

Led the organization readiness function for a global transformation program designed to integrate acquisitions into common, standardized business processes. Function included organization change management, program communications, capability development and training. Expanded my role during the program to include a pre-deployment readiness process to reduce project timelines and a post-deployment stabilization process to ensure solution sustainability. Responsible for deployments world-wide in North, South and Central America, Europe, Asia and Australia for 22 different business units. Led a team of up to 30 employees and contingent workers worldwide. Supported work transition from decentralized business operations to centralized, Shared Service operation centers in Costa Rica, India and the Phillipines.
